  • Customer advocates are customers who are passionate about our product(s) and its impact on their practice. They are eager to share their success stories, engage in testimonials, and actively refer new users to our platform. They have a network of trusted professionals.
  • Affiliate partners are influencers, industry thought leaders, associations, organizations or education institutions with a community of health and wellness professionals seeking our solutions. They have a high-trust audience and are motivated to promote Practice Better through content creation, referrals, and targeted promotions, earning a commission for new sign-ups they generate.
I’ve applied. What happens next?

We review applications weekly. If you are accepted into the program, you will receive further communication. Once you’ve been accepted, the next step is to check out our partner resource center. It’s packed full of done-for-you marketing content, links to demos, and information on how to make the most of your referral link.

What is expected of me as a customer advocate?

Customer advocates are expected to actively refer new users to our platform by sharing their referral link through their social channels and wherever they have exchanges with other health and wellness professionals that can benefit from using Practice Better.

Do I need to be a Practice Better customer to be a customer advocate?

Yes. If you are not a Practice Better customer, but would still like to refer Practice Better to your network, please apply for our affiliate program.

Can I sign myself up as a referral?

No. Referrals will only be paid out for new accounts, not under your name or operation.

What can I expect from Practice Better?

Practice Better will provide perks such as customer spotlights, fun challenges and promotions, promotional, enablement materials, and more to make sharing your love for Practice Better as easy as can be!

Where can I find more information about commission payouts?

Commission potential is uncapped. Please refer to Partnerstack dashboard or Practice Better’s Affiliate Agreement for more information.

My referral signed up, but I did not get credited.

Referral commissions become eligible and will appear once the referred account has been a paid customer of Practice Better for 30-days. If it’s been 30 days since my referral signed up, and you still don’t see them in your PartnerStack portal, please have your referral email [email protected] directly, confirming that you referred them and we will manually add your referral and commission to your account

How do I stop receiving partner emails?

Partner emails are a perk of being in the partner program. Through these emails, you’ll stay informed on partner challenges, events, and exclusive offers. To discontinue receiving the emails, you can unenroll from the partner program and re-enroll anytime. Note that unenrolling will remove you from the program and deactivate your referral link.
