What kinds of templates can I find in Practice Better?

Choose from dozens of intake form templates, note templates, and program templates, including SOAP note templates, an Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability form template, a 10-day self-care program, and so many more.

Which pricing plans are templates available for?

All of our pricing plans include full access to our library of form and note templates. As our programs & courses feature is only available on the Professional, Plus, and Team plans, program templates are only available on those plans as well.

Can you search templates?

You can search templates by profession and by format (note, form, program).

Where are templates available?

Once you add the templates in Practice Better, you can find them under My Practice. In this menu you can find “My Programs“, “Forms & Waivers”, or “Note Templates” depending on the type of template you’ve added.

Are these templates verified?

Most of the templates provided are variations of standard notes and forms, some are validated questionnaires that are public domain andfree to use. As always, check with your regulatory agency to ensure you’re collecting the right information in the right fashion.
