I heard about a promotional rate being offered on payment processing fees. Could you tell me more?

When you sign up for Practice Better Payments for the first time, you'll enjoy a 0.05% and 0.05 cent reduction on your credit card processing fees on all transactions for the first 60 days. After those first two months, standard rates per transaction will apply.

Note: Promotional rates apply to credit card transactions only. Bank debits and Buy Now, Pay Later rates remain as listed in our standard pricing.

Is Practice Better Payments available to all Practice Better customers?

Practice Better customers located in countries where Stripe supports payment processing can sign up for a Practice Better Payments account. Stripe’s global availability.

Is Practice Better Payments secure and trustworthy?

Yes, Practice Better Payments is powered by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available in the payment industry. All payment data is encrypted and tokenized by Stripe to help ensure that unauthorized parties do not gain access to sensitive payment information.

What information will I need to complete my Practice Better Payments application?

You will need to have or know the following information to complete the Practice Better Payments application in 10 minutes or less:

  1. Business entity type, i.e., sole proprietorship, nonprofit, company, etc.
  2. Business owner’s legal name, date of birth, and home address.
  3. Bank account information where funds from payments processed should be deposited.
