Office Ally is a clearinghouse for submitting insurance claims. Practice Better doesn't sync live with Office Ally; instead, you export a claims batch file from a client's Billing & Payments section, then upload and submit it directly through Office Ally's own Service Center. Keep your existing clearinghouse — If you already submit claims through Office Ally, export claims from Practice Better in the exact file format Office Ally expects.
Test before you go live — Submit a test batch of at least 5 claims the first time, so Office Ally can correctly configure your account before your real submissions.
Track submission status — Get a confirmation email as soon as Office Ally receives your batch, then a follow-up once it's processed.
From a client's Billing & Payments > Claims tab, export the claim you want to submit as an Office Ally-ready batch file.
Log in to your Office Ally account, upload the file under Upload Claims > Upload Professional (CMS-1500/837P) File, and submit.
Office Ally emails you a confirmation once your claims are received, then notifies you when they're processed, successfully or with any issues.
No account linking required. Export a claim from Practice Better, then upload it directly to your Office Ally account.
