Frequently asked questions

Do I need my own That Clean Life account?

Yes, you'll need active accounts on both That Clean Life and Practice Better to connect them.

Can each practitioner on my team use their own account?

Yes, each practitioner on a Team plan can link their own That Clean Life account, or your team can share one account using a separate access token per practitioner.

What happens if I share one That Clean Life account across my team?

We recommend generating a unique access token for each team member. If multiple practitioners share the same token, unlinking That Clean Life for any one of them deactivates that token for everyone using it.

Can clients edit the meal plans I share with them?

Only if you enable Allow Edits, which lets clients swap recipes within a shared collection. Their changes don't affect your original meal plan in That Clean Life.

Do clients need anything extra to see nutrient details?

Yes, clients need access to the Food & Mood journal to view full nutrient details from a shared nutrition plan.
