Practice Better allows you to accept online and in-person payments with our Practice Better Payments feature. You can process and collect payments easily within the portal or in person with our dedicated payments terminal. You also have the option to require payment on your booking page and automate installment payments. You can set up your Practice Better Payments account on the portal by entering your credentials.

Once you’ve set up your payments account on Practice Better, as a practitioner, you’ll be able to add client credit card information into records and even process payments directly from your portal.

You can also collect payments or deposits during the booking process by enabling a setting that requires payment on your booking page. Clients are then required to make a payment to successfully request a session with you.

If you’re on the Pro, Plus, or Team plans, you can create automated payment plans that will automatically process your clients' monthly installments based on the payment schedule that you’ve set up. You won’t have to remember to manually charge your client’s credit card anymore.

Accepting online payments through Practice Better will also make your clients' lives a little easier too! Clients will be able to pay their invoices directly from their invoice notification emails or from the Client Portal.
