Managing Client Packages

Managing Client Packages

If you want to offer more than just a one-time visit for your clients, creating packages in Practice Better is a great option that can provide comprehensive and continuous care, and keep your clients accountable. By purchasing a package, your clients are committing to a certain number of sessions up front. A package’s offerings can help to shape a client’s understanding of the required steps, sessions, and commitment that is required to achieve their personal health goals. Bundling your offerings into a package also helps you sell your services because you can be more confident in the results you'll get for a client after a dedicated amount of sessions with you.

Packages are also a fantastic way to bundle your offerings to build a longstanding relationship with your clients, which leads to a more sustainable business model. Packages can be used to create more value for your current offerings. For example, if you’re running an online program, you may want to also offer those clients a bonus one-on-one session. When creating a package, you can add your program and one bonus session along with it.

You can include various services, the same service multiple times (eg. 5 follow-up visits), group sessions, and programs in a package:

When a client purchases a package with a program, they are automatically enrolled into the program which eliminates the manual work for you and creates a seamless, streamlined booking experience for your clients.

When you or your client books a session from their package, each session is tracked and accounted for. Practice Better will also display the remaining sessions of a package, so you can skip the tedious task of tracking individual sessions.

Another way that you can utilize Practice Better’s package function is by creating an empty package to sell a product. You can create a package without any services or programs in it, if you have an offering that you want clients to purchase, without booking a time. Some examples of products you can sell in an empty package are lab testing, e-books, email-only coaching, or exclusive access to your private coaching chat.

Practice Better’s package feature allows you to control and create packages that are catered to your business and your clientele. If you have a range of clients with different needs, you can create multiple packages that are customized to your client's current needs (eg. starter packages, deluxe packages, or just packages for upkeep). Let your variety of services and packages reflect your business and approach to helping people attain their personal health goals.
