Dropbox + Practice Better

Share Dropbox documents with your clients.

What is Dropbox?

Dropbox is a cloud storage service where many practitioners already keep their files. Once connected, you can browse your Dropbox folders from inside Practice Better and import files into My Documents to share with clients. The sync only runs one way, from Dropbox into Practice Better, and imported files don't count toward your Practice Better storage limit.

What you can do with Dropbox

Keep files up to date without re-uploading — Use Resync to pull in the latest version after you update the original file in Dropbox.

Save space in Practice Better — Imported files don't count toward your Practice Better storage limit.

Control access file by file — Preview, download, rename, move, or remove an imported file's Practice Better copy anytime, without touching the original in Dropbox.

Preview before you share — View PDFs and images directly inside Practice Better before deciding which clients should see them.
