What is OneDrive?

OneDrive is Microsoft's cloud storage service. When you link the OneDrive Connector, Practice Better backs up each client document you upload to that client's folder in OneDrive. Is my client data secure when it syncs?

Connector Hub is built on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, and data is transmitted securely.



Can my team members use the OneDrive Connector?

Yes, on a Team plan. The practice owner turns on the Manage Connectors permission for each role and connects OneDrive first, then team members configure their own settings. Connectors are not available to admin team members.



How do I disconnect OneDrive?

Any practitioner can delete their own OneDrive configuration, and the practice owner can unlink OneDrive for the whole practice from Connector Hub settings. Unlinking affects every team member who has OneDrive set up.
